XIMIS will have a booth at the ECR Congress this year. The Company will be introducing XIRIS (eXtended Internet Radiology Information System) with its new feature enhancements that simplify management in any size facility. The features include Case Management and Comunication Center.

Case Management - This worklist is mainly used on the Teleradiology version of XIRIS called XIRIS-RO (Read-only). It is a case repository where users can check for missing information from orders sent by the referring physicians office. Users can verify that digital images and paperwork have been recieved, and that records were created correctly. Once everything has been checked the cases get pushed to the next step which normally is the “to dictate” list. It can also be sent to the manual or automatic “assign radiologist” option.

Communication Center - XIRIS Messenger gives staff the ability to communicate online without the need of emailing or calling over the phone; It notifies users of any new incoming messages. The user can see who is online and write messages to them whether they are online or offline. It can also send copy of messages to an email address if needed. In the same screen you can see contact information for a specific staff member like a phone number. XIRIS Messenger is ideal for customers that have staff in different physical locations. This way they know who is working at that time or can report messages in between them; the service works center independent (XRIS Multicenter), centers aggropation, or teleradiology (XIRIS Enterprise).

These enhancements improve reliability and provide crucial features requested by our customers.
